Ricardo’s professional practice is focused on conflict resolution, regulatory law, and administrative law, with an emphasis in the utilities sector. He has also accrued practical experience in corporate and commercial law, assisting numerous local and international clients operating in highly regulated industries within Panama. Ricardo has represented said clients in civil and administrative proceedings, as well as arbitration.
