Felipe specializes in aeronautical, corporate, commercial, and maritime law, as well as project and asset financing.
Within the aeronautical industry, he’s advised several airlines with the initiation of flight operations in Panama and their recurring affairs with the regulator, and is an active participant in industry forums and groups. Felipe is also well versed in the financing of private and commercial aircraft, as well as the handling of bidding and procurement processes relating to the Tocumen International Airport.
His practical experience also includes work related to banking, consumer goods, logistics and transportation, tourism, and insurance, as well as advising families and operating businesses regarding both their day to day needs, and eventual M&A transactions.
